HAVANA, Cuba, Feb 13 (acn) For 10 years now, the Swedish Radio Nuevo Milenio station has contributed to spreading in that country the injustice committed against five Cuban anti-terrorists imprisoned in the United States.

Pieces of information about the case of the Cuban Five are broadcast in a mini space by Ricardo Collazo, ex-political prisoner of the Uruguayan dictatorship, according to the Cuban Foreign Ministry’s website www.cubaminrex.cu

With the radio program, Collazo, who currently lives in Stockholm, does his bit to support international efforts to achieve the freedom of Gerardo Hernandez, Ramon Labańino, Antonio Guerrero, Fernando Gonzalez and Rene Gonzalez.

In a recent live interview on the radio program, Advisor Minister of the Cuban embassy to Sweden, Nory Madera, thanked Collazo for his initiative and called all radio listeners to join the fair fight for the release of the Cuban Five.

Likewise, Vania Ramírez, spokeswoman of the Swedish Free the Five Committees commented on upcoming events in favor of the cause.

From Stockholm as well, Radio Nueva America has been broadcasting the achievements of the Cuban Revolution for 24 years, notes the report.
