Olga Salanueva and Ivette González, the wife and daughter of imprisoned Cuban anti-terrorist René González, have met with the All-Party Parliamentary Cuba Group of Members of the British Parliament in Westminster, London. Referring to the case of five Cubans arrested by the United States for infiltrating anti-Cuba terrorist groups operating out of Florida, the head of the group, Ian Gibson, commented that the “case stands out as hypocrisy in the U.S. war against terrorism. We will do all that is possible to ensure that British Members of Parliament know everything about the situation of the five Cubans with the purpose of obtaining their freedom”.
