Letter Writing Campaign Launched by US National Committee to Free the Five |

The families of the five Cubans imprisoned in the United States for defending their country against US-based terrorists, have been either prevented or delayed from visiting their sons, husbands and fathers. There is not a single family member - from a six year old child to grandparents - that has not been affected. This treatment of the families is not an accident. It is part of the harsh and punitive treatment given to the five and their families by Washington. US Attorney General John Ashcroft has the authority to both grant entry visas as well as speed up the process of visa approval, and the National Committee to Free the Cuban Five is asking all supporters to immediately send letters to him. |
